Aer Lingus' first Starlink aircraft, Airbus A330 EI-EIN, flew EI105 from Dublin to New York JFK on March 29, 2026, with Wi-Fi available across all cabins for free. Aer Lingus will equip all aircraft in a phased rollout, beginning with aircraft flying to North America, followed by those serving European destinations, and expects Starlink across its long-haul fleet by Q1 2027.
IAG announced a partnership to implement Starlink-enabled high-speed Wi-Fi on Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, LEVEL and Vueling aircraft — more than 500 across the group — with the first aircraft due to go live in early 2026.
