Not on the mainline fleet. Air Canada's four Jetz charter A320s were fitted with Starlink in summer 2025, and nine Jazz-operated Dash 8-400s at Billy Bishop were due to start flying from October 2025 with free Wi-Fi sponsored by Bell. The widely quoted 25 is the cabin refit, not the Wi-Fi fit.

Air Canada announced that 25 De Havilland Dash 8-400s operated for Air Canada Express by Jazz Aviation will undergo a full cabin redesign with new seating and interiors and, on select aircraft initially flying from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, onboard Fast, Free Wi-Fi sponsored by Bell — an industry first for the type, beginning in October. Installation of Wi-Fi on the balance of the Dash 8-400 fleet is still being determined. Air Canada's own release does not name Starlink.
De Havilland Canada announced Starlink in-flight internet on the Dash 8-400 the same day, as a factory option or a retrofit for in-service aircraft — the first De Havilland Canada aircraft in the world to deliver the service, with gate-to-gate internet access even in remote regions.
Air Canada planned to fit nine of the Dash 8-400s initially — enough to cover Billy Bishop flights to Ottawa and Montreal plus spares — with the first aircraft expected to enter passenger service in October 2025.
