Copa's first Starlink-equipped aircraft — a Boeing 737 MAX 9, registration HP-9901CMP — made its inaugural flight on July 4, 2026, with implementation across the fleet planned for the first quarter of 2027.
Copa became the first airline in Latin America to offer Starlink Wi-Fi, with the rollout expected to complete during the first quarter of 2027. Access is complimentary for ConnectMiles PreferMember Gold, Platinum and Presidential members, for Business Class passengers, and for customers with Starlink Residential or Starlink Roam subscriptions; all other passengers buy access through Starlink's onboard portal.
